Live Streaming Policy

This Live Streaming Policy ("Policy") governs the hosting, broadcasting, access, monetization, and moderation of live streams ("Lives") on Myclose.fan, operated by Web2View ("Platform").

It applies to Creators, Subscribers, Users, Sellers, Event Organizers, and any participants in live streams.

2.1. Live streams constitute real-time broadcast content of an ephemeral nature, subject to technical instabilities, quality variations, and operational limitations.

2.2. The Platform acts exclusively as a technology intermediary and is not a producer, director, or participant in the broadcasts.

3.1. Only Creators who meet the following requirements may host live streams:

• have an active and verified account;
• are at least 18 (eighteen) years old;
• are in compliance with the Platform's Terms and Policies;
• have no active restrictions or sanctions.

3.2. The Platform may establish additional eligibility criteria, including technical, operational, or risk-related requirements.

4.1. Access to live streams may be:

• free; or
• subject to payment, as defined by the Creator.

4.2. When applicable, payment will be required after the live stream begins, according to Platform rules.

4.3. Access is personal, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable. Sharing, rebroadcasting, recording, or redistribution is prohibited.

5.1. The following is expressly prohibited during live streams:

• participation of minors under 18 years of age;
• explicit sexual acts, as defined by the Platform;
• violence, coercion, or lack of consent;
• hate speech, harassment, or discrimination;
• display of illicit drugs, weapons, or illegal activities;
• disclosure of personal data;
• unauthorized use of copyrighted works;
• unauthorized sweepstakes, raffles, or games;
• external advertising or audience diversion.

5.2. Creators and Users must maintain respectful conduct consistent with this Policy.

6.1. The Creator is fully responsible for the content of the live stream, including:

• acts performed during the broadcast;
• participation of third parties;
• compliance with applicable legislation;
• obtaining necessary authorizations and licenses.

6.2. The Creator represents and warrants that:

• they hold all rights to the broadcast content;
• they have obtained consent from any participants;
• they will not use protected content without authorization.

7.1. The Platform may use:

• automated technical monitoring;
• human review;
• real-time reporting channels.

7.2. The Platform may, at any time and without prior notice:

• interrupt the live stream;
• mute audio or video;
• remove participants;
• apply preventive measures.

The adoption of these measures does not give rise to any right to compensation.

Violation of this Policy may result, individually or cumulatively, in:

• warning;
• temporary suspension of live streaming privileges;
• monetization block;
• withholding of funds;
• permanent account termination;
• notification to competent authorities.

Repeat offenses may result in aggravated penalties.

9.1. Unless expressly stated otherwise, there shall be no refund or reversal of amounts paid for access to live streams.

9.2. In the event of a live stream interruption due to an exclusive Platform failure, compensatory measures may be evaluated at the Platform's sole discretion.

9.3. Bad-faith chargeback attempts may result in sanctions, including account suspension.

10.1. The Platform does not guarantee the recording or subsequent availability of the live stream.

10.2. If the recording is made available, the Platform's general content rules shall apply.

11.1. The Platform does not guarantee:

• uninterrupted continuity;
• minimum audio or video quality;
• absence of technical failures.

11.2. Instabilities do not constitute a contractual breach.

The Creator agrees to indemnify the Platform for any damages, costs, or liabilities arising from:

• violation of this Policy;
• broadcast content;
• conduct during the live stream;
• third-party claims.

This Policy may be amended at any time. The current version shall be the one published on the Platform.
