Events and Tickets Terms

These Events and Tickets Terms ("Terms") govern the offering, sale, intermediation, access, and participation in in-person or digital events and ticket sales through Myclose.fan, operated by Web2View ("Platform").

They apply to Creators, Event Organizers, seller Users, Buyers, and Participants.

2.1. The Platform acts, as a rule, as a technology and payment intermediary, and is not the organizer, promoter, or executor of events offered by third parties.

2.2. When the Platform acts as a direct organizer, this condition will be expressly stated in the event listing.

3.1. Only Users with an active, regular, and verified account may offer events.

3.2. The Platform may require:

• identity verification;
• tax information;
• event documentation;
• legal authorizations or licenses.

3.3. The Organizer is solely responsible for the event's compliance.

4.1. The Organizer is exclusively responsible for:

• conception, execution, and hosting of the event;
• venue, security, logistics, and infrastructure;
• compliance with legal and health regulations;
• obtaining permits, authorizations, and insurance;
• accuracy of information disclosed;
• participant support.

4.2. The Platform does not guarantee the hosting, quality, or success of the event.

5.1. Events may be:

• in-person;
• digital;
• hybrid.

5.2. Events may be restricted to individuals over 18 years of age, as indicated in the listing.

5.3. The Organizer must clearly disclose:

• date, location, and time;
• access rules;
• limitations and restrictions;
• cancellation policy.

6.1. The ticket:

• is personal and non-transferable, unless expressly stated otherwise;
• may be digital or physical;
• may contain anti-fraud mechanisms.

6.2. The following is prohibited:

• unauthorized resale;
• reproduction or counterfeiting;
• improper use of the ticket.

7.1. Payments will be processed by intermediaries designated by the Platform.

7.2. The Platform may:

• retain intermediation fees;
• apply release deadlines;
• withhold funds for risk, fraud, or chargeback analysis.

7.3. The Organizer authorizes automatic offsets in the event of refunds or chargebacks.

8.1. The cancellation and refund policy shall be defined by the Organizer, in compliance with applicable legislation.

8.2. Events with a set date may not admit the right of withdrawal, as permitted by law.

8.3. The Platform may mediate communications but does not guarantee refunds when there is no legal obligation.

9.1. The Organizer may change the date, location, or format, provided that participants are notified.

9.2. Event cancellation is the sole responsibility of the Organizer.

9.3. The Platform is not liable for indirect expenses of the participant.

10.1. Fraud attempts or bad-faith chargebacks may result in:

• ticket blocking;
• account suspension;
• withholding of funds.

10.2. The Organizer is liable for chargebacks arising from their actions.

The Platform is not liable for:

• damages occurring during the event;
• conduct of Organizers or Participants;
• cancellations or changes;
• subjective expectations of the Buyer.

The Organizer agrees to indemnify the Platform for any damages arising from:

• the hosting of the event;
• participant complaints;
• breach of these Terms.

These Terms may be amended at any time. The current version shall be the one published on the Platform.
