Soft Content Policy

This Soft Content Policy ("Policy") governs the creation, publication, display, moderation, and removal of content made available in discovery and showcase environments on Myclose.fan, operated by Web2View ("Platform"), including but not limited to:

• Mosaic;
• open profile pages;
• discovery feed;
• recommendation, featured, or visibility cards.

These environments are intended to:

• enable Creator discovery;
• present previews, teasers, and introductory content;
• promote the Platform institutionally;
• offer safe navigation within an environment restricted to individuals over 18 years of age.

2.1. The Mosaic is a controlled display environment, editorial and/or algorithmic, intended for presenting Creators and content in preview format.

2.2. Content displayed in the Mosaic, open profiles, feed, and discovery cards must be soft content, suitable for expanded display within a platform restricted to individuals over 18 years of age.

2.3. Publication in these environments is optional and does not guarantee visibility, reach, engagement, or permanence.

3.1. Mosaic

• Showcase and discovery environment;
• Soft content selected by technical, editorial, or algorithmic criteria;
• Promotional and institutional purpose.

3.2. Open Profile Pages

• Partial display of Creator information and content;
• Limited access, without viewing paid or complete content;
• Exclusive function of presentation and discovery.

3.3. Discovery Feed

• Content displayed in an automated or editorial manner;
• Subject to more restrictive filters;
• Eligibility criteria defined by the Platform.

3.4. Discovery Cards

• Thumbnails, covers, titles, or excerpts;
• Featured, recommendation, and visibility function;
• Display of explicit content is prohibited.

Only soft content is permitted in environments regulated by this Policy, including, by way of example:

• suggestive images without explicit nudity;
• short videos without sexual acts or explicit simulations;
• edited teasers and previews;
• artistic, conceptual, or lifestyle photographs;
• descriptive, informational, or promotional texts;
• institutional profile or content calls to action.

All content must be suitable for display in a discovery environment.

The following is expressly prohibited in the Mosaic, open profiles, feed, and discovery cards:

• full or partial explicit nudity;
• sexual acts, explicit simulations, or graphic fetishization;
• close-ups of genitalia, intimate practices, or bodily fluids;
• violence, humiliation, coercion, or lack of consent;
• hate speech, harassment, or discrimination;
• content involving or suggesting minors under 18 years of age;
• disclosure of personal data of oneself or third parties;
• unauthorized external links;
• redirection to competing or illegal platforms;
• any content prohibited by the Platform's Terms and other Policies.

6.1. The Creator is solely and exclusively responsible for content made available in discovery environments, including:

• correct classification as soft content;
• compliance with this Policy;
• obtaining copyrights, image rights, and consents;
• visual, textual, and contextual adequacy.

6.2. The selection or display of content in the Mosaic, open profiles, feed, or cards does not transfer responsibility to the Platform.

7.1. Content displayed in environments regulated by this Policy is subject to:

• editorial curation;
• automated analysis;
• human moderation;
• prior or subsequent approval.

7.2. The Platform may, at its sole discretion and without prior notice:

• approve, reject, or remove content;
• edit covers, cuts, excerpts, or thumbnails;
• hide content from certain environments;
• limit reach, frequency, or visibility;
• suspend the Creator's access to discovery environments.

7.3. The absence of immediate removal does not constitute definitive acceptance or waiver of rights.

Violation of this Policy may result, individually or cumulatively, in:

• immediate content removal;
• exclusion from the Mosaic, feed, or cards;
• warning;
• suspension of access to discovery environments;
• account suspension or termination;
• withholding of funds, when applicable;
• other sanctions provided for in the Platform's Terms.

Repeat offenses may result in aggravated measures.

9.1. By making content available for the Mosaic, open profiles, feed, or cards, the Creator grants the Platform a limited, non-exclusive, and free license to:

• display the content in discovery environments;
• make necessary technical adaptations (format, resolution, crop, watermark);
• promote the Platform on its own digital channels.

9.2. This license does not authorize external commercialization of the content or its assignment to third parties outside the Platform's ecosystem.

The Platform is not liable for:

• improper use of content by third parties;
• unauthorized copying, screenshots, or recording;
• expectations of reach, engagement, or conversion;
• editorial, algorithmic, or technical decisions;
• damages resulting from third-party conduct.

This Policy may be amended at any time, at the Platform's discretion. The current version shall always be the one published on the website or application.

Questions, reports, or communications related to content displayed in the Mosaic, open profiles, feed, or discovery cards should be submitted through the Platform's official channels.
